Looked at this fixer upper today. Had nice doors and cedar shingles. Many have outdated interiors and furniture. How much work will it be to update? Do I want outdated people? The fiberglass speedboat with a mannequin driving, also in the garage, stole the show. Who is selling old dollhouses? Why?
